We can often save you time and expense by performing diagnostic tests and minor procedures at our facility. And we accept most health insurance plans. We provide same-day acute care appointments plus appointments to help you maintain or get on the road to optimal care.

Dr. Steven R. Bauer and Dr. Carlos B. Jorge are the physicians at Ballantyne Medical Associates. They are both Board Certified in Family Medicine and are supported by an experienced, dedicated, and highly qualified staff of medical professionals.

	For most diagnostic tests you will not have to visit another facility in another part of Charlotte: we perform most diagnostic tests in-house.

Same-day appointments available Monday-Friday. At many clinics, you may have to wait several days for an appointment.

24/7 personal access to our physicians: Dr. Bauer and Dr. Jorge. After hours, we provide a cell phone number for Dr. Bauer or Dr. Jorge and you can contact them directly—day or night. Our emergency number goes straight through to a cell phone for Dr. Bauer or Dr. Jorge.
